Adherence to the prescribed reporting schedule is not merely a procedural requirement but a legal obligation for both domestic and foreign investment companies. This reporting mechanism is vital for maintaining the integrity of national investment data and ensuring the continuity of your business operations.

Strict Compliance Measures: We strongly urge all stakeholders to submit their reports accurately and within the designated windows via the OSS Risk-Based Approach (RBA) system. Please be advised that:

• Late Submissions: Will trigger automated system flags and subsequent monitoring.

• Non-Compliance: May lead to Administrative Sanctions, ranging from formal written warnings and temporary suspension of business activities to the permanent revocation of business licenses (NIB).
